Traditional Kitchen Remodel

We just finished this great kitchen remodel project.

Here is what the kitchen looked like before:

We worked with Re-Vive Group to redesign the space.  Re-Vive removed the load-bearing wall between the Kitchen/Dining areas and Family Room, closed up an exterior door, removed a closet, and widened the window over the sink.  These changes allowed for a much more open and efficient kitchen layout, along with a better view of the valley.

Here is a rendering done by our colleague Jeff Byington during the design phase:

Park City Project

We recently completed this project in a new Park City home. The cabinetry is stainless steel and maple, which, combined with the natural elements of the stone, granite, and rustic wood floors, create a great "mountain modern" look.

The cabinetry is from Wood-Mode. The custom stainless steel floating shelves and island accents were a fun challenge. The shelves needed a strong hidden bracing so they'd be able to support the weight of heavy pots and pans, and they also needed to be able to accommodate the built-in task lighting. We worked with Ray Bird and Kingdon Sheet Metal to get all the components just right, and our installers made it all fit together perfectly. Scandia 360 was the general contractor and they did a great job.
